Shamrock's main functions in a fishmonger are:
- Experience in customer service.
- Must be versatile and provided good customer service
- Experience with culinary tools (knife, fish scrapper ect),
- Knowledgeable with recipes and tips
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of relevant experience to the job
- Ability to help solve problems
- High school diploma, Culinary Training
- Experience in fish & seafood
- Experience in Human Relations
- Creative in counter display setups

ASSISTANT MANAGER
Shamrock's main functions in a assistant manager are:
- Assist the manager in his duties
- Serve and address Clients
- Responsible of quality control when receiving orders
- Perform other related duties that are instructed by Manager
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of relevant experience to the job
- Ability to help solve problems
- High school diploma, Culinary Training
- Experience in fish & seafood
- Experience in Human Relations

MANAGER
Shamrock's main functions in a manager are:
- Oversee the sale of merchandise to customers.
- Take complaints and resolving customer issues
- Establish employee schedules with the participation of KEY
- Make purchases of merchandise for store
- Prepare tri-weekly inventories of fresh & frozen & physical inventory monthly
- Ensure all staff is performing at the fullest and knowledgeable in store products
- Ensure Rotations a quality checks are done daily including temperature controls
- Validate the profitability of the store and explain deviations from the historical
- Cleanliness of store and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience to the job
- Be able to exercise authority and leadership
- Ability to solve problems
- High school diploma, Culinary Training
- Be able to communicate effectively orally and in written
- Innovative & Open-minded
- French and English spoken, French and English written
- Availability daytime, evenings and weekends ( Full time )
